The friendly reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. They even offered us a choice of rooms without us having to ask. The room we ended up in was large and spacious, with a jacuzzi bath. The quality of the furnishings was excellent and everything was very clean. The hotel's location was perfect - right near the nightlife and just a short walk to the Alma De Cuba restaurant. It was also conveniently close to the train station and right in the center of town.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay right in the centre of this city, only a stone's throw away from all the bars and in the Shankly's Bastion restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with a separate kitchen area that was well-equipped. the location was perfect, being in the heart of the city center.

The hotel is literally in the center of everything, with Matthew Street right outside. It's also right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the train station within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
