The location was excellent, right on the river and close to everything we wanted to do and see. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We loved the comfortable reception area with great settees to relax on. There were great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The location was fantastic, close to the dock area and within easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and offered us a free drink when our rooms were not ready.- The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic views.- The hotel facilities were well-maintained and attractive.
All was perfect.
The location was ideal, close to the city centre shops and nightlife. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance, including the beautiful Albert's Dock, where we enjoyed the Beatles museum and took a ferry cruise on the Mersey. The hotel's proximity to the parks was a bonus, as we could relax and enjoy the seating. The staff were friendly and helpful, and upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to have one of our rooms upgraded for free. The view from our room was nice, and the main bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, and the decor in the bedrooms was nice as well. a few fantastic days were had by all.

The hotel's location near everything for shopping, food, and drink was fantastic. I loved being close to bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore this city's vibrant nightlife. the view from the restaurant was stunning, providing a great backdrop for a pleasant dining experience. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and the food was really nice.
