The location was excellent, as it was very close to the city centre, a few minutes walk from the main shopping area and near a large mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ryan at the bar who provided exceptional service. The hotel had clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great facilities such as USB slots on plug sockets and appropriate plug placements. We also appreciated the quick check-in process and the assistance from the maintenance staff with our luggage. we had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is centrally situated and close to public transport if needed. The hotel facilities are modern and the lobby and bar area have a nice and contemporary design. The staff at the reception were amazing and very helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean, and the quality of the towels provided was impressive. the hotel offered a good wifi connection, which is often lacking in many other hotels I've stayed in.

The location was incredibly convenient, with everything we wanted right on our doorstep. The hotel was close to all the shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy for us to explore the city. On a Saturday night, the center became lively and vibrant, adding to the excitement of our stay. The staff were lovely, always friendly and willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with basic amenities ready for our use. We particularly loved that we could open the windows to let in fresh air. we were offered complimentary breakfast upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise.
