The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the rooms were cozy and warm. The location was perfect, right in the center of Cardiff, within walking distance of the train station and close to shopping, dining, and night out options. The facilities were great, including a beautiful gym with new equipment. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the Welsh cultural theme in the room decorations was a nice touch.

Its location, tucked away in an Arcade on the High Street, offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the busy center. We were able to explore the city easily as it was within walking distance of the train station and close to Cardiff Castle, which is a must-visit attraction. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even leaving a thoughtful anniversary message for us on the mirror. The hotel facilities were remarkable, with a modern and stunning design throughout. Our room was chic and comfortable, and we especially loved the speaker in the bathroom that played the TV audio. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the complimentary chocolates in our room. it was a perfect stay with excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient transportation options.

The staff at the front desk were excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring the best night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, providing a refreshing start to the day. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy access to shops, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
