We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom featuring a spa bath and walk-in shower. The added bonus of chromotherapy lights created a lovely ambiance. The location was ideal, just a minute or two from Windermere town and about a mile from Bowness and Ambleside, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel facilities, including the double jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in wardrobe with mini bar, were fantastic. The staff, especially Vicky and Jonathan, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The pre-ordered breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Parking was plentiful and we also appreciated the small discount on future visits.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with an exceptional bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was super close to the main town center and served as a great base for exploring the beautiful walks and waterfalls in the area. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a plentiful menu to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a fantastic stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The Cartmel Suite was stunning - spacious room, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. The funky blue lights in the bathroom added a really cool touch. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to the town center with shops, restaurants, and bars, and a 20-minute walk to Lake Windermere. It was a great base for exploring the beautiful walks and waterfalls in the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. The breakfast served to our room was delicious and kept us energized for the day.
Nothing not to like.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who provided great advice about the local area. The hotel is extremely close to the city center of Windermere and within walking distance to both Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding our expectations for cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast, delivered to our room each morning, was superb and provided a great start to the day. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, including the spa bath and the availability of room service and a mini bar. The staff were attentive and genuinely happy to ensure our stay was perfect.

The location close to the centre and Bowness made exploring the city very convenient. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff provided helpful recommendations and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
