The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spa, health suite, and multiple eateries to choose from. The parking was safe and plentiful, which was a huge bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city, SECC, shops, and other amenities. The staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was spot on.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food, especially breakfast, was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The shower was big and there were windows that could be opened for fresh air. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk over the bridge to the concert venue. We also found it easy to call taxis from the reception, and a ride to the city center cost approximately £10.

The room was lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfy, allowing me to sleep right through the night, which is unusual for me in hotels. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the pool and spa. The breakfast provided was delicious with a typical selection available in the buffet and the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, always helpful and kind. The hotel's location was another highlight, situated in a quiet area but still within a short walk to the city centre, where you can find a wide range of restaurants and pubs to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near top attractions such as the Buchanan galleries.
