The location was perfect, being close to the theatre and tube/train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious spread of both cooked and continental options. The staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our stay. the hotel was spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Check-in was quick and smooth, and our room was surprisingly quiet even with the window open. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the staff even allowed us to add an extra item. The manager was very friendly and made sure to greet all breakfast guests, engaging in little conversations. We felt that the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and even arranged for a light breakfast at 3AM before our departure to the airport. The location of the hotel was great, with many restaurants and groceries within walking distance. it was a wonderful experience.

The staff, particularly Glaucia and Kiril, were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, away from the bustling touristy areas, but still within walking distance to major attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were quiet and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of choices and generous portions. the service and facilities provided by this hotel were excellent.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the modern fixtures. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet area of town but still very close to Victoria Bus Station. We could easily access transportation and explore the city with just a 10-minute walk to Victoria station. The breakfast provided was delicious and of excellent quality, a pleasant surprise for us. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff.

I had an amazing time at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious room. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was within a 10-minute walk of the Victoria station and coach station. This made it easy to get around the city, especially when I arrived with heavy bags from Heathrow. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
