The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Freddie at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a lovely night's sleep.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the comfortable and spacious bed, as well as the modern and lovely bathroom. The Nespresso machine in the room was a great bonus, although it leaked and had to be replaced. The view, even though facing a building site, was quiet and easy to ignore with blackout curtains. The hotel staff were friendly and informative, and the room service was quick and tasty. The bar area was stylish, spacious, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the city center, shopping center, and the main station.

The central location was fantastic, allowing me to easily walk to all major Manchester sights. It was also right next to Chinatown, which was a great bonus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room and a great bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. this hotel was a fairly good value for its city center location.
