Not one thing
The hotel was clean and bright.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location was perfect, right in the center of Chester and within a short walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. We loved being able to easily explore the main bar area without having to worry about transportation. the hotel facilities were great. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and the lovely outdoor area for drinks and relaxing. The pool table was a fun addition to our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the breakfast offered plenty of choice, ensuring we started our day off right.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
