The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right next to the promenade, shops, and restaurants. the staff, especially Claudia at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful in everything she did.

I absolutely loved my stay here at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the amazing shower. The staff, particularly Emily at reception, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy for me to explore Southport and visit other bars and restaurants nearby.

The staff, especially Claudia on Reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary! The room itself was lovely, with a spacious layout and a fantastic walk-in shower. The hotel's location on Lord Street provided a great view, and it was conveniently close to various bars and a flashing light sports bar. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Lastly, the breakfast at the sister hotel, The Bold, was of a good standard.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a short walk to the pier and nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is tastefully decorated with fluffy towels. The breakfast, offered at a discounted rate at a nearby sister hotel, was excellent.
