Value for money
The staff were exceptional, giving us a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and had a spectacular city view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, with a lovely strong shower. The hotel's central location meant we were close to bars and the best restaurants in the city.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with spotlessly clean rooms and extra touches like Nespresso coffee pods and dental kits. The facilities, including the spa with its swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. The hotel is also very modern and luxurious, while still retaining its original architectural features. the location is great, with a short walk to the main shopping facilities, close proximity to the Science museum, and being directly next door to Manchester Central for exhibitions.

The location couldn't have been better, right beside St Peters Square and the city centre with a great selection of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good information about the area. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the spa and gym, were exceptional. We were impressed by the beautiful design of the hotel and the alfresco suite we stayed in was flawless. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely addition to our stay. The hotel also provided us with a £15 drinks voucher upon arrival. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and facilities. The staff were professional and provided excellent service.
