The friendly reception staff, especially the young man who greeted us upon arrival, made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the elegantly decorated interior added to its charm. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to the Suspension Bridge and offered easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and the menu offered a good selection.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They even rang us before our arrival to offer a quieter room due to an event happening during our stay. The hotel's cleanliness impressed us, with the room being spotless and having everything we needed. The parking was a bonus, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring this wonderful city. It was just a 20-minute walk into the city center, and being on the edge of Clifton added a touch of charm to our visit. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the hotel were kind, polite, and friendly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the towels folded like swans and the fruit bowl.
