The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and smelled fresh, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, right across from the Sea Life Centre and only a short 5-minute walk to the arcades and town center. It was convenient to have breakfast included in my stay, and the buffet had a good variety of options to choose from. The value for money was great, especially since I managed to book a last-minute deal for just £67.

Cannot find any faults.

The location was perfect, right on the seafront opposite the Wellington pier. The hotel facilities were great, with a bar and restaurant serving delicious breakfast and evening meals. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a double bed and thick curtains that kept out the early morning sun, allowing for a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there were tea and coffee making facilities, including hot chocolate, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel exceeded my expectations and will definitely be on my list of places to stay again.

Nothing could be faulted about this hotel, everything was excellent.
