The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The hotel itself had a quirky and interesting design, which added to the overall experience. The staff were lovely and provided superb service. The location was great, as it was close to the city centre and many tourist sites. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was made with quality produce and was the best we've had away from home in ages.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely bar and restaurant on-site. The breakfast included in our room price was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots to look at. The room was spacious, light, and spotlessly clean. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! The bathroom was beautiful and the toiletries provided were brilliant. The on-site restaurant was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner here. The staff were attentive and friendly. The location was fantastic, and the hotel was close enough to the city center to walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a prime location near the centre of town. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I loved the beautiful decor throughout the hotel, especially in the outdoor dining area. The breakfast was also strong, and the free parking was a great perk.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The decor of the hotel was gorgeous, and we loved the free drinks and snacks that were available. Despite the poor weather, we could imagine that the outside terrace would have been lovely to sit in, with its view over the cricket ground. Our room was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable, as we were upgraded to a king-size bed. The breakfast was delicious, and it was a nice touch to receive complementary water and cookies on departure. it was a great experience and we would definitely go back.
