Value for money
Every member of staff, from arrival to departure, was warm and friendly. The Aspen room we stayed in was excellent, with a spacious layout and well-equipped amenities. The hotel's location in the beautiful garden opposite the RSC theatre was unbeatable. We also enjoyed the convenience of being in the centre of Stratford, with everything there is to see and do within easy walking distance. The breakfast offered a substantial choice and was well-organised. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the attentive staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
For us, it was ideal.
The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was beautifully clean and had excellent facilities, including a garden and terrace for relaxing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights in this city. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious cocktails we had in the afternoon at the bar. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, cleanliness, fantastic location, and great facilities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location was perfect, right across from the Royal Shakespeare theatre. It was in the centre of a busy town, with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a good choice of high-quality produce, served by cheerful and efficient staff.
