I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent amenities such as a pool area for relaxation. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly and courteous, making me feel welcomed and ensuring that my stay was comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city's shopping area, providing easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
It was all superb.
The location was great, close to cafes and pubs. The rooms were clean, with new carpets and a fan. The hotel staff, especially Sophia on reception, were excellent and made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was spot on and we enjoyed it.
Nothing, all excellent.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I checked in. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, with everything looking neat and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect, situated next to a vibrant street filled with great nightlife options. The hillside suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely view it offered. the hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the staff efficiently handled the large number of guests, including coach parties, making sure everyone was seated and served promptly.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We had a comfortable and pleasantly decorated room in a central location. The hotel was very quiet, except for the soothing sound of pigeons cooing. The pricing was reasonable, and we enjoyed the entertainment provided by a talented singer in the salon bar.
Noisy nightclub until 3 am. Outdated TV with cobwebs and a lack of cleanliness around the kettle and tea/coffee facilities.
The location was very central, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the convenient parking available at this hotel.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
