Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in beautiful Lake District village, staff.
Nothing to complain about at all.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with delicious freshly prepared fruit and yoghurt and fantastic cooked options. The interior design of the hotel was beautiful, and we particularly loved the garden terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, being near the river, the lake, and the city center. We also appreciated the fact that they accommodated our request for a room with a balcony without any additional charge.
Everything was fantastic.
The service at this hotel was friendly and professional, and the staff at the reception were welcoming. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself had a beautiful interior, combining modern elements with its character. The breakfast offered a great choice of hot dishes and was of restaurant quality. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options such as buses and ferries. the hotel was situated close to the city center, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay.
Can't fault anything about it.
