We loved the central location, just steps away from a historic bridge. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always available, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The tastefully decorated room and hotel added to the overall experience. The breakfast menu was fantastic and the service was excellent. We also appreciated the option of room service.

The cleanliness was top-notch, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, including the Dyson Fan available to use. The location couldn't have been better, right by the Pulteney Bridge. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel facilities, especially the bathroom with the steam room and jacuzzi, exceeded our expectations. The location right in the centre of town was ideal, with beautiful nearby parks and everything within walking distance. Parking was convenient, with the ability to park right outside the hotel. The breakfast staff were cheerful, helpful, and efficient, making our mornings enjoyable and the food itself was great.

The hotel's stunning decor and interior design, along with its quirky cocktails at the bar, made for a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable and the location was just right, close enough to everything Bath has to offer. We also enjoyed the exclusive access to the spa facilities and the convenience of the pantry. The staff were marvelous, always happy to help and provide recommendations.
