We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center and main shopping streets. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered plenty of choice and speedy service.

All was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, even providing decaf tea bags for my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I appreciated the selection of shower gels and the provision of biscuits and tea making facilities in my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the used crockery was promptly collected, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was ideally situated near the city, city walls, and River Dee. Additionally, the hotel had excellent gym and pool facilities available for use.

Nothing negative to say.

We had a fantastic stay here, with plenty of food options for breakfast including table service on toast, a buffet with hot food and cereal, and hot and cold drinks. The rooms in the Canal View Deluxe were spacious and provided a comfortable sleep. The spa treatments, although at an extra cost, were amazing. The hotel also had a pool and gym facility that was satisfactory. The staff were polite and courteous, with special mention to Sam who personally greeted everyone at the restaurant and Claire in the Health Spa for a fantastic full body massage. The hotel's location right beside the canal and a short 5-minute walk to the city center was a definite plus.

Not obvious to find.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The main building was lovely and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was served to us, preventing excessive plate piling. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main Shopping Centre in Chester.

Nothing to dislike.
