The room was spotless, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even surprising us with a birthday cake and card for my boyfriend. The spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi, were a fantastic bonus. Onsite parking allowed us to easily come and go for our dinner reservation. we had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and jacuzzi. I also appreciated the onsite parking, which made it convenient for me to come and go for dinner reservations. The location was perfect, with South Quay station and the DLR just a short walk away. Plus, there was a Tesco nearby for any last-minute needs.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
