The room exceeded my expectations and had everything I needed to feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away from the city center, making it easy for late night walks back to the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service and were friendly and accommodating. One memorable experience was when a gentleman at breakfast went above and beyond by giving up his own yogurt for my friend who wanted a flavored yogurt and the hotel had run out. This outstanding customer service truly made our stay unforgettable. the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, were open until late. the cleanliness, location, amenities, and helpful staff made this hotel a great choice.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the air con and the safe in the room. The location was perfect, as it was close to the railway station, all City Centre attractions, and the Trinity centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Virginia at breakfast who made our experience enjoyable and even gave us a bag to take away pastries.

This hotel is in a great location, directly opposite a shopping centre with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
