The staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre, close to everything we wanted but not noisy. it is within walking distance of the city and really close to the bus station, which is handy if you're coming from Belfast International Airport. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were spotless and had amazing air conditioning. The bathroom had a unique design that made us feel like we were in a space pod. The cleanliness of the premises, restaurant, and room was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made fresh food promptly.
Nothing bad to say.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was central and made it easy to explore this city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city centre and close to great restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and contemporary room that had a cosy double bed. The staff were fantastic, providing friendly and helpful service that made me feel welcome. The transportation options were convenient, with the hotel being close to the Translink depot and the train station right next door. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet, especially if you're a fan of the hearty Ulster Fry. I had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again the next time I'm in this city.
Nothing that I didn't like.
