We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and easy to find. The hotel had lots of parking available. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The receptionist went out of her way to find us a taxi. The hotel's location was ideal for our travel plans, being conveniently located near the motorway junction. The hotel facilities, especially the reception area, were updated and spacious. The staff at breakfast were lovely and helpful.

We were impressed by the way we were dealt with by all members of staff we came across during our stay on the 06.05.22 to 07.05.22, ie 2 nights. The lady on reception gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast had a good selection and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M5, making it easily accessible. Parking was ample and free, which was a great convenience. the staff were friendly and helpful.

As a Spire Elite member of IHG, I had high expectations for this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the efforts made for kids. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool in the health club, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the staff were super friendly, giving the hotel a personal touch. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, particularly for visiting family and the nearby cricket venue.
