The staff, including Naomy and the other receptionists, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. They even helped us order a car service for our return to the airport. The hotel facilities were generally good, with comfortable and reasonably well-done rooms. The breakfast offered great value for money, with a choice between a full English or continental option, or a combination of both. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is located in a quiet area. The location was ideal for us, as it was a short journey to Gatwick Airport and close to the M23, making it easily accessible by car.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the duty manager and night manager. They quickly resolved a problem with my pre-booked taxi and ordered a new one for me. The whole place was clean, relaxing, and modern. The bedroom was spacious with a great big comfy bed. The powerful shower and soft towels were a nice touch. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the reception staff's assistance with storing my medication in the kitchen fridge.

The location was perfect for our needs, very close to the airport and easily accessible even in the early morning hours.
