I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was just unbelievably wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my partner's birthday celebration truly special. The hotel itself is stunning, with its beautiful decor and unique features like the 40 thieves bar, the tea parlour, the yard, and the champagne terrace. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone doing business in Whitehall, with easy access to Downing St, The Eye, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and Leicester Square. being so close to Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Station made transportation around this city a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were always attentive and friendly.

The location was perfect, being centrally located and close to the Embankment tube station, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in this city.
