Value for money
The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. They even went the extra mile by providing plates, cutlery, and napkins for my takeaway meal. On Valentine's Day, I was pleasantly surprised to find a rose and chocolates on my bed. The breakfast was simply fantastic, offering a wide variety of options and leaving me stuffed. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a spacious and modern bathroom. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of everything in the city center and offering a lovely view of the river. The fact that the hotel had parking and was close to the ferry terminal made my travels even more convenient.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel had excellent private parking facilities, which was a relief for someone like me who had driven from another city. The location was not too far from the city centre, and I found it convenient that I could walk to most places without needing my car.- The staff, especially Valerie at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. She provided great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.- Everything in the hotel was spotless and tastefully done, from the building itself to the clean and lovely rooms.- The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and I wish they had served lunch and dinner as well.

The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful, keeping in contact and providing valuable information. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of options available. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Nothing at all.
The cleanliness was impressive, with immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious breakfast room offering a wide variety of delicious food options. We also appreciated the on-site parking and the convenience of the hotel's location, which was down a lovely hill into the city center. The transportation links were great, as the hotel was close to the railway station. We also enjoyed spending time in the hotel's rear garden, which had a stunning view of the city.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good choice of dishes. The hotel is very close to the city center.
