The room was quiet and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful parkland and close to various attractions and amenities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food options. the hotel facilities were excellent.
The room was impeccably clean and had all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, desk, and free wifi. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a walk-in shower, amazing bed, and easily adjustable air conditioning. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, from guiding us to a suitable parking space to being helpful and pleasant in the bar and restaurant. The location was perfect, away from the noise of the town centre but with plenty of options for transportation and easily accessible to Edgbaston.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is very convenient, especially if you're visiting UoB. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has great facilities. The parking is secure and ample.
