We loved the warm and welcoming receptionist, the modern and clean room, and the comfortable facilities. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us and even offered to prepare breakfast for us. We were impressed by the fridge in the room, which was perfect for keeping our child's allergy-friendly food chilled. The sandwiches exceeded our expectations and were well-presented with generous portions. We particularly enjoyed the turkey with Brie and cranberry, served with a side salad. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to all amenities in the city center and also near the beautiful Peak District. This made it convenient for us to explore the natural beauty of the area during the day and easily access dining options in the city center for dinner.

The staff were friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough for me. The hotel is wonderfully maintained and very clean. My room was large and comfortable, with a fridge and a good-sized TV. The bathroom was excellent, with a powerful shower. All the linen in the room was of good quality. The location of the hotel is great, as it is in a safe area and only a short walk away from car rental services and the city centre. The hotel facilities, such as the conference rooms, were spacious and provided everything I needed. The breakfast options were plentiful and the hot food was perfectly cooked.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options and generous portions. The staff were very courteous and attentive.
