The staff were excellent and really helpful, always with a smile and a chat. The room size was good and the bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying. the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing public transport and there were plenty of food outlets nearby. It was also a convenient walk to the city center, where I could explore all the attractions this city has to offer.
Not one thing.
Cleanliness was excellent, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered an outstanding choice, and we didn't feel rushed.- The hotel's convenient location within walking distance of the city center made it easy to explore.- The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
No complaints.
The location was perfect, as it was near The Garage Venue and there were shops all along Sauchiehall St and Buchanan Street for further shopping. It was also a short walk to Charing Cross station, the main shopping area, Glasgow University, and the West End. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the view from my 11th-floor room was stunning.
Not obvious to find.
The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and the city center just a short 10-15 minute walk away. The train station right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially for catching a direct train to Edinburgh every few minutes. The room on the 11th level had a beautiful view, both day and night, and was very spacious. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel staff were excellent, quickly resolving any issues that arose during my stay.
Nothing to dislike.
The hotel offered a great location close to shops, cinema, and theatres along Sauchiehall and Buchanan Street. The room on the 12th floor provided a welcoming respite with a magnificent view of the city's skyline. The staff, particularly Rebekah and Joss, showed amazing hospitality and allowed us to extend our stay. The facilities inside the hotel were worthy of the price paid, including a comfortable bed, adequate toiletries, and functional amenities.
Nothing to dislike.
