I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The staff were welcoming and the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. It was within walking distance to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel was very clean and the top floor suite, where I stayed, was amazing. The open plan layout of the Sea Pigeon suite added an intimate atmosphere, and the hotel bar was a great place to relax. The staff, especially the bar staff and front of house, were amazing and really made my stay memorable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location of the hotel was perfect, within a 5/10 minute walk to the city centre and Chester Racecourse. The staff at reception were always available and very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with fresh and clean rooms that smelled nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern and comfortable, with a good shower and air-conditioning. Parking was convenient, either in the hotel car park or in a nearby public car park for a reasonable price. The hotel's location was excellent, only a short walk away from all the central attractions in this city. The staff were friendly, polite, and unpretentious, always ready to assist with any requests. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the Brasserie on the 5th floor, which offered a beautiful view over the racecourse. The free WiFi was also a great bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the racecourse. The staff were polite and attentive, meeting our every need. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and had plenty of choice. We also loved the hotel facilities, including the nice cocktail bar and brasserie. The location was perfect, with a short walk into town and beautiful views of the racecourse.
